Patient has had presyncopal episodes. Hemoglobin a little low. Had colonoscopy that revealed tubular adenoma.
Plan is to decrease her hydrochlorothiazide to half. If she fails to improve, s/l compressive hose and will repeat hemoglobin in 1 week.
Does my s/l make sense in context to the history? I'm not sure if I'm hearing him right and wanted to know if anyone has another suggestion. Thanks!
