I have a few questions on this GP. I hope asking for help more than once is not against board rules.  When I get these, I will be through with this family doc and can go back to my ortho. HURRAY>.......

1.   HEENT:  Tympanic membranes are obsured by ??? S/L  seramen   ????

2.   ??? JVP ??? are flat.

3. Under problem list he says ??? sequelity ?????

4.  Under objective.  The conjunctiva ??? congetira ???? are also inflammed but there is no  ????? postivate ???? visible.

5.  ??? Soloxium ??? drops

6.  Under labs:  13% ???ecenophils???

7.  Impression:  ??? easenophyl ??? another new problems.  He denies any allergies so I am wondering if this could possible be a parasite.
