The patient has pneumothorax & doctor is using PneumoDart.
Does anyone know the correct spelling for this?? I can't document.

Pneumothorax
• Clinical – dyspnea, pleuritic CP
• Physical findings – tracheal deviation,
absence of breath sounds
• Risk – recent central line, ventilator,
trauma, spontaneous/cough/etc
• Dx: CXR
• Rx: if small, stable can observe; repeat
CXR; pneumodart/chest tube
