We are doing a CT scan of the facial bones.  He is saying :shows evidence of left periorbital and left s/l premalar soft tissue swelling."  He is very clear and emphasizes preMAlar.  Is there such a word?  Can't find it in any of my books, though Google does have it but I don't trust the 'Net unless I can back it up with my books.
