Pt is having syncopal spells. History of atrial fibrillation, thrombocytopenia, hypertension. He has s/l myloplastic syndrome (not saying myelodysplastic syndrome, though that may be what he means). In ROS - The s/l myloplastic syndrome is is certainly a consideration for his symptoms.

Has anyone heard of myloplastic or myeloplastic syndrome? Thanks!
