radiofrequency needles were then inserted under fluoroscopic control down to the area of the
s/l mamillopapillary ligament at all 3 sites. The doc is pretty clear when he pronounces it, but I can't document it anywhere, not even in Dorland's.

Under past surgical history the doctor dictates endometrial ablation lumbar spine both in 1998 and 2003. What is she trying to say?  I do not see any association between an endometrial ablation and the lumbar spine. Any ideas?

Any ideas?  S/L 'centroid' nerves or something, but I cannot find anything like this in my references as far as nerve types.  He does not go into any more detail than that.
