experience is, it lacks credibility especiall when you base it on YOUR experience.  Who are you?  How much experience do you actually have?  What kind of experience do you have?  How many diabetic patients have you encountered in your years of experience?

You can't expect to make a sweeping generalization like "all diabetics have hypertension" and not get called out on it.  Come on!  Know your place.  Arrogance is an unattactive personality trait.

Just to let you all know, I did double check the spelling and found Lisfranc before I sent the report. Wouldn't have found it before because that "K" was messing with my research.

Do you run the diagnosis right after axis, or begin a new left at the left margin underneath the Axis?

I am having some reports changed to:

Subject: EKG: ADP NP (or) and P are interval normal axis.

I hate abbreviations.

The only thing that shows up in my cardiology book is adenosine diphosphage, and that doesn't tell me what the next NP or and P would mean. I wish they'd just say what they mean instead of abbreviating, because if I can't figure them out I'm blanking them.
