I received a report back where I transcribed cholesterol 190 and QA changed it to cholesterol of 190. This dictation was for a provider who does not allow any blanks and considers even a minor change to be a huge mistake.
Usually, I don't mind feedback; but I think this provider expects 100% accuracy at all times.
I was wondering if anybody has any advice on what to do in this situation?
