Subject: Question to QA specialists

Regarding q.4h. versus q.4 h., I see that BOS has it with the space between the number and the "h."  However, in other references I've seen it more often without the space.  Can you tell me if this is a big issue?  I have been transcribing w/o the space.  When I noticed how it was done in the BOS I went ahead and changed all my expander; however, now every word after is capitalized!  Argh.  Are both ways acceptable, assuming the client has no preference, that is?  Any thoughts from QA welcome!    Thanks in advance!
