Usually one week's time. I have actually had a few docs dictate "in one week time" which would actually make more sense as one week is not pleural.
I would leave off time and just put one week.

We have a lot of Asian patients in this practice and it is probably what he was dictating. That's what I like about this business - you learn something new EVERY day! client that they want "disc" and not "disk". I was also taught through my MT classes that it was disc. I have always used that and have never heard of or seen using disk. JMO
