10 minutes of time was allowed to elapse before beginning the procedure. The area of the s/l bray cee a was removed with bacitracin. Can't figure this out!

This is a septorhinoplasty.  Dr says:


Then in-fractures were performed with curved s/l Niver ? to osteotomes on each side.


I cannot find Niver, Neiver, Niever, Kneiver, et cetera.  Any light anyone can shed on this would be greatly appreciated.

I am stumped on the prep material being used- "the posterior aspect of her left shoulder is well prepped with something ending in "quin" sounds like ciproquin or siproquin?  and injected with 2.5 cc of 0.5% sensorcaine, 2.5% cc of 2% lidocaine and 80 mg depo-medrol.  Any ideas what the injection site is preppred with?
