doc doing arthroscopic left wrist surgery. Patient has triangular fibrocartilage complex tear and scapholunate ligament tear. The sentence is

The wrist was insufflated with saline after being placed in or on the ROMSEY? tower. Arthroscope introduced through the 3R portal. Thanks for any help.
