The doctor says:  He remains on  s/l dimanos and cranberry, has had no urinary tract infection is 6 months although he still sees bladder shells.

I must be off on my spelling and have tried every variation that I can think of, but I'm having no luck.  Any ideas, anyone?

Thank you, pdq, but I don't think that's what he's saying.  This patient has C6 tetraplegia and uses the Mentor 450 Self-Cath.  I wondered if it was a medical device of some sort, but he lists this dimanos as a medication too.  I'm beginning to think he's using some sort of slang, but I'll be darned if I can figure it out.  Looks like he may get 2 blanks for the same term.

Dictator states they are adding pneumatic boots as well as "H2 prophylaxis"?  Does this sound right?  I'm sure on the prophylaxis part but not on the H2.  I have a slurer.    Thanks so much!  Hope you're all having a great day!
