I have a report on a patient who is recieving a Pillar implant.  Doctor states:


A Crowe-davis mouth retractor was placed into position and secured s/l to the mayo stem or with nails, and injected the soft palate with 1% lidocaine with epinephrine using approximately 2 mL of this.  TIA for any help.
