Subject: Second OM-1?

I have a report where the doctor is talking about a coronary artery bypass graft procedure and he says procedures included a left internal mammary artery graft to the left anterior descending and a saphenous vein graft to the distal right coronary arterya nd the second OM-1.

Is there a second OM-1?  I thought there was an OM-1 and an OM-2, so this has me stumped.  Hope this isn't a totally stupid question.  Perhaps I need to study my anatomy book a little more?
