What unit of measurement is this? I've looked under double product and Bruce protocol and can't find a reference.

I know there is T-wave but this keeps sounding like one over T?  Any help??

    No, don't cap gram-negative. The test Gram stain is capitalized - per Stedmans Inf Dis Book. -s

    Also, I worked in a lab for many years, and gram-negative and gram-positive are not capitalized. Gram is the name of the doctor or scientist who came up with the staining test, Gram stain, so that is capped.
