Subject: TEE help

I hope someone can help me.  I keep hearing "bactinate."


The patient apparently underwent TEE which was abnormal which revealed a normal left ventricular systolic function with an ejection fraction of 75%, borderline left atrial enlargement, trace mitral and tricuspid insufficiency, no valvular stenosis, no pericardial effusion or intracardiac masses or vegetation prominent, ___ in the left atrial appendage with some mobility at the tip of the ___....
