They prescribed Depakote for bipolar disorder as well as for seizures.

So it's not uncommon for a patient with no history of seizures to be on Depakote for bipolar.

the last one possibly meloxicam (NSAID for different types of arthritis) or mexiletine for irregular heartbeat. Two sites I like to use are rxlist.com and http://www.drugs.com/search-wildcard-phonetic.html. The last one lets you put in a phonetic search.
