Points taken off...

Wondering if anyone is still up. Need an answer before I go to bed. Please??? Where does it state in BOS, or anywhere, that the expanded form of DNR is DO NOT RESUSCITATE, versus Do Not Resuscitate, unless stated in the client profile? QA took points from me on this one, and I want to complain to my PS (If I'm not wrong of course).

Thanks for your help!

a period after "dysfunction" and no comma after "although" unless that phrase introduces the next sentence. It cannot stand alone as you have it. Can't tell from here. Check medication list to see if you can find something that could hint at your s/l. As a very wild guess, can you hear "acetaminophen intake?"

This MT shows promise, and a little mentoring won't hurt any of you, so relax. She's doing a great job on her own, and working hard, too.

If you all worked in a hospital setting, you would get this kind of help, too. I did, and I won't ever forget the help I received and how much I learned.
