I would probably only use burnt if a. I could hear it that clearly and b. if he were saying the toast was burnt. I just think burned looks and sounds better.

Where does it state in BOS, or anywhere, that the expanded form of DNR is DO NOT RESUSCITATE, versus Do Not Resuscitate, unless stated in the client profile? QA took points from me on this one, and I want to complain to my PS (If I'm not wrong of course).
