There's a drug called tibolone

that, at first glance, seems to be mostly for postmenopausal women, and for bone density, but I did a bit of research and it's an androgen-stimulating drug, which could be used for men.  Just a thought.

Anyone recognize this? 80-7ear-old man with heart problems, diabetes, gangrenous sores on his legs and feet.

which is sublingual fentanyl. Listen to that. But, the dose doesn't match. Fentora comes in 100, 200, 400, 600, 800 mcg tablets.

1.         Renal failure.



  1. Fistula placed in left antecubital fossa.  Currently not using fistula.

  2. Not currently on dialysis.

2.         Diabetes.


 


3.         History of TIA, currently on Plavix.


 


PREVIOUS SURGERIES:


1.         Cataract surgery in both eyes.


2.         AV fistula left antecubital fossa.


3.         Left carpal tunnel release and left ulnar nerve transposition.


 


ALLERGIES:  No known drug allergies.


 


MEDICATIONS:


1.         Gabapentin.


2.         Plavix.


3.         Lasix.


4.         Lisinopril.


5.         Rena-Vite.


6.         _____.


7.         Patanol.

I have looked through all my books and googled, and now I am coming to the experts. The doc plainly says Amoxilate 75. I can amoxil, amoxicillin, and related variations, but no Amoxilate. TIA

The patient is seeing a GYN/cancer doctor for ovarian cancer.  She also has hypothyroidism, hypertension and hypercholesterolemia. 


The doctor is saying the patient is on "Juvia 0.45 mg once a day".  I looked up Januvia dosing and it does not match, also, the patient is not diabetic.


Can anyone help?

Slit lamp: Cornea shows endothelial pigment bilaterally. It is not in a pattern but it is just uniformly pigmented on the endothelium of the cornea. Anterior chamber quiet. No cells or flare. Lenses are clear. No sign of any s/l sign-ick-e-a.
