Mirapex sure fits the diagnosis.

Doc dictates what s/l "Sysco 500 mg with D." Spells cyso.  I'm assuming it's calcium with D, but I can't find any calcium supplement that sounds like Sysco!

Slit lamp: Cornea shows endothelial pigment bilaterally. It is not in a pattern but it is just uniformly pigmented on the endothelium of the cornea. Anterior chamber quiet. No cells or flare. Lenses are clear. No sign of any s/l sign-ick-e-a.
