Resident stumbling around dictating a T&A, making this much more difficult than it has to be!!!!!!
we packed off the nasopharynx with what sounds like rhino or rhinoi or rhonoi (going back and forth here ) moistened tonsil balls
What is he trying to say?

I've heard of saline-soaked cotton balls before. Tonsil balls though...friggin' awesome visual!
