I'm transcribing a discharge summary, and the Dr. says, "Urine drug screen was collected during the patient's stay in the unit, (3-hour) report is negative." It sounds like 3-hour report or urile report or per our report...I don't know! Does anyone have any ideas? I've never heard of a 3-hour report or the word urile, so I have a feeling it's not those. And it sounds the least like per our report.
