I did an EKG in the office which essentially showed sinus rhythm.  I am somewhat perplexed by the consolation of symptoms.  He just recently had cataract surgery, and I am trusting that the ophthalmologist did not think that these were an UNCERY ophthalmologic problems.  He has been found to have 70 to 80 percent stenosis of his right internal carotid and left internal carotid
