States:  I do not think that placing an _______________ (kinda sounds like arcus-something) sphincter at this time would be advisable secondary to likely recurrence of his bladder neck stenosis. As such, we spoke about other more durable means to treat his bladder neck stenosis. I think that again attempting a bladder incision would not be advisable.

The abdomen was shaved, prepped and draped sterilely. Foley catheter was inserted, along with a s/l coomie device that was removed after her procedure. The bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy was performed after I established the pneumoperitoneum and placed trocars for her and evaluated the sigmoid pathology assuring that the salpingo-oophorectomies could be performed satisfactorily without compromising the colon procedure.

Nitro relieves stenosis (narrowing) in the coronary arteries.

It sounds like this doctor is saying pigmotic or thigmotic os.  The patient has a history of extreme cervical stenosis.  Any ideas would be appreciated.
