Doc is dictating in PLAN.#1 is VPak 250 mg taken as directed, one with no refills.
The 59-year-old woman has an upper respiratory infection with laryngitis. She is status post atypical lobular hyperplasia, left breast. I can’t seem to verify this medication.
Help?
