The gastrocollilemon was then divided along the greater curvature of the stomach to the level of the pylorus.

this doctor says "evidence of previous left antrectomy."  When i search for the definition, it says surgical removal of a part of the stomach.  But the report is CT scan of the sinus.  Is antrectomy the right word for this?  thanks for all the help!
