Subject: What is cerenum?

I'm very frustrated!  I've done extensive searching and all I find with this spelling of cerenum are French sites which I cannot read as I'm not fluent in it, but they don't appear to be medical.  This doc almost always spells it this way: cerenum, though sometimes spells it, possibly mistakenly: cerunum.

In context, my latest one is: "He is having problems with cerenum."

Any information you can provide would be so greatly appreciated.  I don't do much work for this doc, but just for peace of mind that this is actually a word, and so I can know what the heck I'm typing about, I'd love a definition of it.

Thanks so much.
