Subject: Expresso suture passer?

I'm transcribing an op note on repair of a rotator cuff, and the doc says:

The Expresso instrument was used to place a suture from the anterior region of the tear to the posterior flap, and then a slipknot was tied, which brought the edges together.

I've never heard of this Expresso instrument.  Can anyone help me document this term?

but the patient has renal failure and he is saying hemodialysis catheter. He is slurring a lot of his words too, so who knows.

Just not sure, so will probably have to leave a blank and see what QA comes up with.

Thanks again
