X-rays show no obvious fracture, dislocation, or deformity. There are some significant degenerative changes of the distal tip of the ________.

Sounds like "5th". Would that make sense?

- What is it an x-ray of? It could be 5th rib, finger, toe... - sm
  - It's an x-ray of the knee - ss
    - Don't think it would be 5th. Femur maybe? - sm
      - It has to be femur if it's xray of the knee and is distal. nm - Just me
