Exmination of the left side of the nose shows a s/l "micethila" spur.  I can't find anything even remotely like this.  Nothing in my dictionary or on googling.

Is dysmetabolic syndrome and metabolic syndrome used interchangeably?  In this dictation the doctor refers to it in the past medical history as metabolic syndrome and then in the assesment/plan as dysmetabolic syndrome.

The patient already has put a (s/l-shin-) into her shoe to raise the heel, and this apparently is comfortable.

He has very wide-based feet and peekaboo heels. Anyone heard of this?  Couldn't find much online...mostly shoes and something about pole dancing!
