sounds like em-bal-bic maybe um-bal-bic or im-bal-bic...or maybe the 1st sound is just him saying ummmm, not sure. any help greatly appreciated.

The patient already has put a (s/l-shin-) into her shoe to raise the heel, and this apparently is comfortable.

They tap the bottom of the heel, and if it causes pain in the abdomen, then the patient most likely has appendicitis. Don't know why....
