What is the spelling of purito dressing? This was put on a leg after a skin graft. The dressing included gauze-covered steel wool and ACE wrapping. Any ideas? Thanks.

I'm not sure this is what I'm hearing.  Patient had peripheral vascular disease and had a "jump" graft to the left leg.  Cannot confirm in any book I have.
