We then cut to pieces the s/l white vac sponge foam for the undermined areas in the lower portions of the wound and cut the other portion of the wound almost in a small cowboy hat dressing with s/l black foam for granulation.

He is saying:  Atherosclerotic s/l ORIGINS of the celiac axis superior mesenteric artery.  (blah blah about renal arteries, then next sentence)  Atherosclerotic s/l ORIGIN of the right main renal artery and may be a stenosis involving the proximal left main renal artery. 


In the impression, he again mentions "atherosclerotic ORIGINS."  I cannot correlate.  Any clue?  I've never heard this before.

This is a child with acute appendicitis.  Abdominal exam:  Tender to the right lower quadrant with palpation only.  Negative rebound tenderness.  Negative guarding.  Normoactive bowel sounds.  Negative  "Rozbig" or "Rozvig".
