The patient's TSH and s/l TPL antibodies were normal with a mild decrease in her Free T4 level.

A second s/l interbrachiable/interpranchable nodule measuring 1.5 cm * 0.9 * 1.4 cm is present overlying the lower pole of the right lobe.


Doc also talks about interpranchable  mass measuring 3.1 cm * 3.5 * 2.2 is seen overlying the midbody of the right lobe.


This is an ultrasound of thyroid gland..Any help??
