Subject: angioleiomypoma and angiomyolipoma

This physician first dictated angiomyolipoma and the goes on twice in the report to refer to it as a "angioleiomypoma", which is not even a word from what I can tell.  It is clearly not angioleiomyoma and not angiomyolipoma as he dictates in the begining of the report.  Any help on this one?
