Subject: asicis lobe?

On a chest x-ray the findings are "An ____ lobe is noted. Mild cardiomegaly with pulmonary vascular redistribution.

Sounds like azicis. I did find ASCUS Pap smear, but not sure if it's the same thing only different part of the body.

Any help is appreciated.
