MRI with and without gadolinium obtained today shows evidence of a signal enhancement in the frontal recess and the frontal sinus on "T 2 waited" images." 


What is the proper way to transcribe "T2 s/l ?waited? images?

performed.  I am new at this MRI stuff and when I google it, multiplanar has more hits than multiplane... but it sounds more like multiplane... Any idea?

Iron studies were normal except that his B and C were negative.


This is under abnormal liver function test, most likely fatty liver disease.


When I google I get hepatitis B and C info. Help clear my confusion!

Her pulmonary function studies were normal but her put her on s/l "Areva".  I know there is Abreva but that is for cold sores.  Any suggestions?

Doctor dictates... Prior to bronchodilator her FVC was 69% predicted and s/l FED-1 was 58% predicted.
