Patient in with a burn has a "Vaseline Adaptic baseball wrap" applied to his hand?

Vaseline dressing I know. Adaptic dressing I know. Baseball wrap/dressing I cannot seem to find or verify anywhere.

Also, I can't find all three of them together anywhere either. (nor just Vaseline and Adaptic together- and since Adaptic looks to also be petroleum jelly like Vaseline I don't quite get it- but I'm willing to buy it.)

I am searching my references as we speak, nothing seems really close in sound, for contusion, usually they use an Ace wrap bandage and gauze (or some other elastic-type bandage), ice, and elevate, and rest.  I will keep looking, though!!

Okay, this in part goes with the other question I posted.  This is an ESL doctor whom I've done MANY times.  I never have this trouble with him and this is just a regular old knee x-ray, not an MRI like he usually does.  Please help.  The patienth as a tibial plateau fracture. He is saying:

"Limited s/l PAR-BOW interoperative 3 view study of the left knee was obtained and submitted for interpretation.  Limited s/l PAR-BOW interoperative examination shows the presence of radiopaque s/l DEE-KNEE-AH surgical device overlying the tibial plateau on the AP and lateral views."
