type of orthopedic capsulotomy
Subject: type of orthopedic capsulotomy

I'm doing an op note on a patient with a hammertoe deformity and a bunion.   The dictator is very clear speaking, but I sure can't figure out what he's saying just before the word capsulotomy.  It sounds like he's saying something like inferior to L type capsulotomy or inferdel type capsulotomy was performed.  Any ideas, anyone?
maybe shortening the word capsulotomy
