emesis. My books say coffee-grounds emesis, although I'm hearing conflicting opinions.

they sometimes do dictate *coffee grounds* but then no emesis would be after that.....coffee-ground material, coffee-ground emesis, or just coffee grounds........

Could it possibly be diaphragm in situ? Sometimes they'll use that if they're describing the length of the diaphragm/hernia.
