Subject: comp & pen???

you would think as many of these that I type I would know this.. but the last 3 paragraphs, he does Objective Symptoms, then ???? drawing a blank & then Diagnoses.. but he says Diagnoses for the last two paragraphs, knowing it was wrong, but not sure if its because I've been typing all day or what, but I cannot for the life of me think what that heading is.. any body have a suggestion??? I'll know it when I hear or see it.. tia

Anyone know which is technically correct?  I have always typed Workers' Compensation but I see it so many different ways.  Does it vary depending on state?
s/l comp for a lab test
Subject: s/l comp for a lab test

Is comp a nickname for comprehensive metabolic panel?  I hate writing just "comp" but I'm not 100% sure that's what she's referring to.  I haven't heard that before.  The sentence is "We will check a CBC on the next labs, along with a CEA and 24-hour urine 5-HIAA, [comp?], and CBC."  I just realized she repeated the CBC so I'll fix that, but anyone know on the comp?
