The operation was begun and the majority of the operation was performed using bipolar fenestrated grasper in the left hand and with a monopolar scissor in the right hand.  The 4th arm of the robot was a PROGRAFT?

He says this:

Venous complex is clear, but is that dorsal? First lapscc of these I have done. Stedman's GI/GU is not very good either.
