Subject: fixerate vesicles?

Dr. dictates:  GU exam shows a labial area with (s/l fixerate) scattered vesicles with red bases consistent with herpetic infection scattered on the majora and the labia minora.

Any help please? I know it is early in the morning.

Thanks
