I just wanted to know if anyone had any insight on what some of these words are. I also just want you to know that these are just practice reports for me. I am not employed..thank goodness, because I am not very good! So if you don't have time to look at it for me it is COMPLETELY fine!
ULTRASOUND:
INDICATION: (chumic harmopathy) accessed for a ventricular arrhythmia.
IMPRESSION:
1. Basic rhythm is a normal sinus rhythm.
2. Occasional (eyesight of casey) is recorded.
3. Frequent (eyesight of PVC) is recorded with a 5 gait run of an outstanding (tracheal) tachycardia and a maximum rate of 106 pace minute.
4. (Nusc) positive record.
5. No symptoms reported (___).
RECOMMENDATIONS: Via the patients (__) of 45% (air care cadariphey) will continue medical management for this patient
