Fungal vs. atopic dermatitis lesion at the anal **cruel** area

She says this three times in the report, the one above is the diagnosis. Here are the others, and it sounds like cruel everytime. She is an ESL.

Under chief complaint: the patient was concerned about one of the lesions at the anal **cruel** area.

Under PE: Anal ** cruel** skin lesions. Dermatitis lesions present.
