I know I'm showing my newbie-ness  but can you all take a look at this for me.  it sounds like the doc is saying "mild erythema of the suprapatellar bursa, more subcutaneous"    I think he means bursa, but I don't feel I have enough experience to just leave it.  It also sounds like he is saying "suprapatella" instead of patellar but I wonder if that is because he is from the south.  Thanks for any help
