Hepatic biliary scan with s/l cc air stimulation
Subject: Hepatic biliary scan with s/l cc air stimulation

I am typing a sonogram of the abdomen report.  Dr. says the patient has acalculous cholecystitis.  Clinical information with a hepatic biliary scan with (s/l) cc air stimulation scan?? should be considered.  Any ideas?   Not sure what this s/l pertains to - maybe bodybuilding??
Subject: Not sure what this s/l pertains to - maybe bodybuilding??

Not sure what the s/l is for so thought I'd give some history:

Patient sick about five days; sore throat, chills, joint aches, low-grade fever.

Also notes that his right eye is injected, and his left eye is red in the medial aspect.

He took some s/l dee-ko-va-lova and then underwent a very strenuous weight-training workout.

Is this a nephrology or urology patient? Or even a GI patient?

When you have gallbladder problems, liver problems, etc., the stools are usually a different color. They can be clay colored, black, tarry, yellow, green like baby stools, etc. So biliary colic stools could be right.
