'A 24 French resectoscope sheath with Timberlake obturator was blindly advanced into the bladder with the obturator being removed and an iglius resectoscope inserted through the sheath.'
This is an Op note and doc spells out iglius as shown but I can't find this in my books or on Internet. What I do find is Iglesias resectoscope. Should I change this or leave it? Thanks for your opinion.
